There has been a church or chapel on the site of St Margaret’s at Topsham for at least 800 years, used by various Christian denominations and taking different physical forms.
This booklet begins an exploration of different influences affecting the way Christians have used the church, and the changing physical form of the building before and up to the construction of the present church in 1872-7
